The upscale Hotel Delta 4 Tulcea enjoys a prime location merely 6 minutes' walk from the Muzeul de Arta Tulcea and offers 27 rooms with views of the river. There is a railway station close to this 4-star smoke-free hotel, and guests can easily reach the Visitors Center Danube Delta Aquarium which is just 0.7 km away.
The Monumentul Eroilor is a short way from the hotel, while Moscheia Azizie is nestled a mere 9 minutes' walk away. Places of worship to visit 1.2 km from the accommodation include Biserica "Schimbarea la fata" Ruseascaqq Orthodox Church. A river are near this Tulcea hotel, and the Muzeum Historyczno-Archeologiczne w Tulczy is about a 25-minute stroll away. Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Delta, I found it quite suitable for a corporate retreat. The location is excellent, right on the boulevard by the water's edge, making it easy to pop out for a meal at nearby restaurants. My room was spacious, although it had a peculiar sloping floor. The hotel features two well-equipped conference rooms that comfortably hosted our meetings, providing a productive environment. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, which made working remotely a breeze. On top of that, there's a cozy bar area to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a decent spread, and the fitness facilities, along with a massage chair in the room, provided a welcome break from work. Free parking is available, though I did need to move my car due to potential flooding. The Delta has all the essentials for business travelers.
